Refund Policy: Refunds on cancellations will be made only upon written notification of cancellation on or before July 8, 2013. There is a $25 charge for any refund made after registration has been received. A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations received between June 10 - July 8, 2013. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after July 8, 2013. Charge for returned NSF check: $25. Your meeting confirmation, cancelled check or credit card statement serves as your receipt.

Hotel Cut Off: These special discounted room rates are only available until Monday, July 8, 2013. After that date, the discounted rates will be awarded on a space-available basis only.

Transportation
Shuttle Service: Hotel does not offer a shuttle to and from the airport. Airport transportation varies but should run anywhere from $30 - $35.
