Education Session Proposal Form

ANFP meeting attendees strive for excellence in foodservice and nutrition practices.  They come to our meetings seeking innovative practices and practical ideas that can be applied to their individual work settings.  In an effort to provide quality program content designed to meet the needs of our attendees, ANFP is seeking  professionals in the areas of foodservice, nutrition, health & wellness, culinary arts, business, and human resource fields to present relevant topics at ANFP Chapter &  Regional Meetings, as well as our National Leadership Conference.  Interested professionals are asked to complete the 2013-2014 Education Session Proposal Form (PDF).  A separate form should be used for each session proposal.
