Dear Program Directors,

Here are some updates that you should keep in mind!

CDM Credentialing Exam

The CDM Credentialing Exam statistics for 12.1.23 through 5.31.23 were sent to all program directors in June. A total of 540 people tested, 79.2% of people who tested for the first time passed, and 43.5% of repeat testers passed. The total pass rate was 68.5%. If you did not receive your exam statistics email or have questions, please contact education@anfponline.org.

Apprenticeship

The ANFP Apprenticeship Program recently launched. We are very excited about this innovative strategy to grow member recruitment and retention. The Apprenticeship Program may provide you a solution to placing students with preceptors in a hospital or healthcare setting. More information will be coming to your email regarding this opportunity, as well as a step-by-step guide to navigating the process. Be sure to check your email for this exciting information.

Continuing Competence

CDM, CFPPs are committed to growing their professional knowledge by participating in continued competence. The webinar entitled Continuing Competence and the CBDM Self-Assessment Tool: What You Need to Know details the CBDM Continuing Competence Initiative and explains why this initiative is important for members who are CDM, CFPPs. The webinar also includes the Self-Assessment tool with a live demonstration of how to complete it. ANFP members who view this webinar and complete the quiz are eligible to receive 1.0 GEN CE for FREE! Obtain the webinar in the ANFP Marketplace Product Detail (anfponline.org).
