Lisa Brown, PhD, RD, LDN
Lisa Brown, PhD, RD, LDN, is a Professor of Nutrition, Co-Chair of the Nutrition Department, and the Dietetic Internship Director at Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts. In addition to teaching, she provides dietitian vacation coverage in several long-term care facilities in the Boston area. Her professional service includes serving as the current chair of the Massachusetts Licensure Board for Nutritionists and Dietitians and as a member of the Nutrition and Dietetic Educators and Preceptors (NDEP) DEI taskforce.

Cindy Goody, PhD, RDN
From growing up on a farm to leading a food and nutrition function as a registered dietitian nutritionist with the McDonald’s Corporation, Cindy Goody is currently the Founder and CEO of Grow a Food Career, LLC, a communications and leadership development consultancy for individuals in the food industry. A former Peace Corps Volunteer in Guatemala, Dr. Goody earned degrees from The University of Iowa and Iowa State University. She resides in Greater Chicago.

Coleen Gose, MBA
Coleen is a professional speaker, coach, trainer, and published author whose presentations and workshops unveil powerful strategies tailored for Effective Communication and Conflict Resolution across generations using the HEART framework she created, which is designed to encapsulate the vital elements of a healthy relationship. She focuses on building bridges in today’s intergenerational workforce through effective communication, breaking down implicit bias, and cultivating teams that thrive on openness, accountability, and a culture of innovation. Her audiences have included conferences covering conflict resolution and DEI. She has over 25 years of experience in supplier relations and contract negotiation and has worked for several Fortune 500 companies. Coleen earned her BA in Law and Justice from Central Washington University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Outside of her passion for public speaking and coaching, Coleen loves reading and hiking with her dogs, Bugsy and Molly.

Jessica Weisbrich, RDN, LD, MS, CDM, CFPP
Jessica Weisbrich is the Director of Nutrition Services at Oak Hills Living Center in New Ulm, MN. She became a Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professional (CDM, CFPP) in 2008, and went on to become a Registered Dietitian (RD) in 2014. She graduated with her Master's Degree in December. She is responsible for all clinical and food service operations within Oak Hills. She also founded a catering business within the organization in 2012, which has become very successful within the community. Jessica has been very active in both her state chapter and the national organization of ANFP, serving as a volunteer for both at this time. She is the proud mom of 2 beautiful kids, Peyton & Ethan. She enjoys cooking, golf, and walking her dog, Lola.

Felicia Smith, MHA, CDM, CFPP
Felicia Smith MHA, CDM, CFPP, currently serves as President of WY ANFP and ANFP Board Chair. She has worked for Memorial Hospital of Converse County for 16 years as the Director of Hospitality overseeing five departments. She has worked in foodservice for 26 years. She is also a Servsafe Instructor/Proctor, Mental Health First Aid Instructor, and QPR Suicide Prevention instructor. She enjoys spending time with family and her animals and volunteering in her community.

Brittany Taylor, MS, RD, LDN
Brittany Taylor, MS, RD, LDN, is passionate about geriatric care and the vital impact food and nutrition have on this demographic. After starting as a diet aide in college and then spending years in direct patient care as a dietitian, she is currently the Corporate Director of Dietary Services for Next Step Healthcare, overseeing all aspects of nutrition and foodservice operations to 17 long-term care and assisted living facilities throughout Massachusetts. She was the recipient of the Emerging Dietetic Leader award by the Massachusetts Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2023 and finds immense value in empowering Food Service Directors and Dietitians with the knowledge and tools needed to maintain a clean and well-run kitchen. She also supports aspiring professionals, having taught Applied Nutrition at Grand Canyon University and precepted multiple CDM, CFPP and dietetic students. Brittany is a New England native and die-hard Boston sports fan. She and her husband Brad live in Boston with their house trained bunny Beta (short for Beta Carotene because of his obsession with carrots).
