4. Once logged in, from the “My Information” tab on the top, left-hand side of the screen, select the Acute Care or Skilled Nursing Benchmarking link, depending on which program you are registered for. You many also select the link from the “My Account Links” on the right-hand side of the screen, and you will be taken to the Benchmarking site. All users must accept the Terms of Use upon first log-in. You will then be directed to the program dashboard and can begin the survey.

Data Entry & Reports

The Benchmarking surveys will remain open for data entry through October 31, 2024. You can add your data and run reports immediately after completing 70% of the survey questions.

Once you log into the benchmarking platform, you can download the questions if you would like to see them in advance, download the User Guide, which can be found under ‘Site Help’ on the right-hand side of the screen, or begin entering data right away.

To review reports or compare facilities, click on the respective buttons next to the ‘Home’ button in the red banner.
