Trish's Recipe for Success

1/4 cup of Strength Adjust the 20-80 philosophy toward 50-50.

1/4 cup of Education A bit of learned-information goes a long way.

1/2 cup of Commitment Disagreements are ok; commit to your principles.

1/2 cup of Flexibility Remove the obstacles. Note: it may not be easy!

2 pinches of Value Do they know you really care? (don't be fooled by the amount)

1/8 cup of versatility Be willing to adjust your style to obtain the goal. (no ego)

1 pinch of Faith Let them know you trust them.

1 cup Delegation You cannot succeed alone.

1/4 cup Empowerment Just give me a chance. I will show you what I can do.

2 cups Compassion Everyone wants to be appreciated.
Mix Compassion, Commitment, Strength, and Education vigorously for one minute.
Fold in Flexibility, Value, and Versatility for 30 seconds.
Finish by blending in Faith, Empowerment, and Delegation.
